Desktop files are not showing up

WebAfter that, all my files from the desktop were removed and are only available in OneDrive. I want to reverse this process and bring all the files back to my Local Desktop and not save it on OneDrive anymore (it's fine even if it stays one OneDrive I just want my files back locally). OneDrive gave me this on my destktop though:
